Okay, so this photo of Steve alba in the pipeline fullpipe. (It's the cover) The line where that pipe goes beyond vert is clearly visible...so where is Steve exactly? I'm guessing about 10.30 (pipe heights are measured in "clock" time) Bewilderingly brilliant; bear in mind this is at the end of the 70's, on a skinny little board. New-schoolers don't have it all their own
